Job Description: E-commerce Business Development Manager
Position Overview:
As an E-commerce Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our online retail business. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, establishing partnerships, and implementing strategies to expand our e-commerce presence. Key Responsibilities:

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product management, to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives.
5. Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential business partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of e-commerce initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, changes in e-commerce regulations, and emerging technologies to ensure our business remains competitive and compliant.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in e-commerce business development or sales, preferably within the retail industry.
3. Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and online retail trends.
4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
